Plot

Prakash is an IT guy who struggles to socialize with people and gets issues with his girlfriend. The situation makes him share a good bonding with two people whom he started liking at his first meet. What changes his life and how he understands life’s flow are dealt with throughout the story.

Analysis

Arun Prabhu Purushothaman comes with yet another different concept. His way of narration doesn’t differ from that of his debut film, “ Aruvi Click to look into! >> Read More... .” He makes the characters narrate and brings in a new style of narration. The characters are designed with meaning. The artists are picked well and placed in the right characters. However, there is a slight lag in the narration. The screenplay could have been crisper. The cinematography is excellent, and the lighting setup and the color shades match the story's mood, especially the visuals in the climax portions are impressive. Editing is perfect. Coming to the music, Pradeep’s BGM is good and fits the script path well.

The narration and screenplay could have been a little better

Verdict

Kudos to Sivakarthikeyan for encouraging the talents and bringing in new genres. With a different script, performance, and narrating style, Vaazhl is a movie that comes with a no-regret tag to watch!
