Sinister 2 Teaser, Trailer & Video Songs
Sinister 2, the sequel to the first film, is a supernatural horror film based on the same premise as its predecessor. Bhuguul, also known as Mr. Boogie, is a Babylonian deity of darkness who devours children. He returns again in the second instalment to take the life of two boys, twins by the name of Dylan and Zach. The movie follows the same story as the previous one. The ghost children target one of the twins, Dylan, to commit the crime but this causes Zach to get jealous of the attention his brother is getting which causes him to resort to murder.
The trailer is a campaign for the new movie. It depicts a hooded man holding a bucket of red paint signifying blood ready to draw the face of Bhuguul onto the wall. A commentator talks about the myth and legend of the Bhuguul across various cultures. The man starts to paint the sinister face of the Bhuguul to the soundtrack of an eerie and jolting music that increases its fear factor. Each pause in the music accompanied by a streak of paint and the lore of Mr. Boogie ensures maximum effect of the message. The mural attracts attention and in turn serves the purpose of promoting the new instalment of an original series.
