Shiv Dev Singh Pal is known as an artist, creative director, producer, and story developer. Shiv Dev completed his earlier education in Delhi, where he continued pursuing his Bachelor’s degree at Delhi University. Shiv Dev bagged his B.A. degree in Mass Communication. During this period, Shiv Dev did a lot of work in theatre plays and stage shows. Shiv Dev worked in various fields like Assistant Director, Production and Management, and even an artist. Shiv Dev finished his Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) from Adarsh Senior Secondary School in Film/Video and Photographic Arts. Shiv Dev was the C.E.O., Director, and Producer at Touching Star Films.

Shiv Dev became the casting and Assistant Director of the Hindi feature film Delhi Headlines. For Education disparity (cartoon for kids), he worked as Production Manager. Afterwards, he founded Touching Star Films, and since then, he began working on his skills through this firm platform. Shiv Dev Pal has worked as Assistant Director, Production and acted in the Bollywood featured film, A Mission to Save India. This film was produced by Touching Star Films and directed by Praveen Dagar. Shiv Dev directed a Road Accident short film named Crash-the Life in Crisis. This is an award-winning short film and gives society a message about Road accident prevention and Travel Safety.
