, born 12th July 1980, in Sonipat, Haryana. He is the son of Zile Singh. After completing his schooling under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in 2001, he then went on to take a Bachelor of Arts in 2004 and then a Bachelor of Laws in 2009. He is the resident of theSultanpur area, Delhi. In his early days, Kumar used to be a passionate lawyer, who fought cases for economically and socially backward people without charging fees for his service.
He then met Mr. Arvind Kejriwal who went ahead to establish the AamAdmiParty (AAP) in 2012. Kumar was the youngest minister in the party under Kejriwal’s tenure. He during his time of working served as the minister of SC/ST Welfare and Women and Child Welfare in the Delhi government under the Chief Ministry of Arvind Kejriwal. He represented the assembly constituency of Sultan PurMajra in the Sixth Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
