RamaRao Bodduluri, born on September 21, 1940, is a former member of the Andhra Pradesh assembly as well as a Telugu film producer. Bodduluri Ramarao belongs to the Krishna district's RamiReddypally village. He is a well-known figure in the Kamma community. In 1978, he was a member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for the Jaggayyapet seat. Bodduluri has a son, Venkateswararao Bodduluri, who has been an active politician in the Telugu Desam Party. Bodduluri appeared in the film Maa Inti Devata as a presenter. It starred Krishna, Jamuna, and Harnath.
He has also appeared as a presenter in the film Dhoorapu Kondalu, starring Sharath Babu and Padma Priya. Bodduluri appeared in the Telugu films Eenadu and Bharat Bandh as a politician. Actively promoting theatrical arts culture, Bodduluri is a member. Bodduluri is invited as their distinguished guest by small-budget film producers in exchange for his assistance in releasing their films. He is also a member of Andhra Pradesh's Central Board of Film Certification.
Bodduluri served in the sixth Andhra Pradesh Legislature, which was established on May 3, 1978, representing the Jaggayyapet constituency before being dormant for a while. He submitted his MLC nominations later in January 2009 but withdrew them following the strategy discussion held at district headquarters. Bodduluri is a fervent supporter of the Jai Andhra Movement as well as the Telangana movement. Bodduluri has actively coordinated demonstrations in support of a separate Andhra Pradesh in several regions of the state.
