It is very well known that Dangal has turned out to be the latest hit in the industry. The movie earned a huge amount of Rs 700 crore in the box-office.
The movie is a sports drama, and Aamir took fees of Rs 35 crore and also 33 percent of the movie’s profits. The share of Aamir from the profits of Dangal that include the theatrical, satellite, digital, and audio was Rs 140 crore, which fetched him a remuneration of Rs 175 crore. No single actor has got such a huge money from a single film till date. The feat also makes Aamir the highest paid actor in India by a huge total. Aamir Khan is bracing up for his next movie Thugs of Hindostan.
