filed a complaint against Sukesh Chandrashekhar, a conman, who is allegedly harassing and threatening her. In December 2023, the actress sought directions to restrain Sukesh because of continuously addressing her and outraging her modesty by creating alarming letters and statements and publishing them on media platforms. Sukesh is involved in a Rs 200-crore money-laundering case and extortion.
Being a witness to the case, Jacqueline claims that Sukesh is using this tactic so that she will not reveal the truth to the court. The actress is seeking an investigation as it already puts her safety at stake, and she believes that it also jeopardizes the legal process against this con man.
Today, the Delhi court withdrew Jacqueline’s plea to restrain Sukesh from publishing further letters or statements about her to the media. Sukesh is currently detained in the Mandoli Jail.
