English Movie Review The Eagle - Cast & Crew

Jamie Bell was born on 14th March 1986 in England. He is a dancer and an actor. He took performing arts classes at Stagecoach Theatre Arts. He debuted in films playing the lead role in Billy Elliot in 2000. He went on to win a BAFTA for the Best Actor in a Leading Role for the character he played in the movie. He appeared in Close & True as Mark Sheedy. In 2002, he acted in Deathwatch as Charlie Shakespeare and Nicholas Nickleby as Smike. In 2004, he played the role of Chris Munn in Undertow. He appeared in three movies in the year 2005: Dear Wendy, The Chumscrubber, and King Kong. The same year, he appeared in the video of "Green Day’s Wake Me Up When September Ends" opposite Evan Rachel Woods and they started dating. He played the role of Iggy Ignatowski in Flags of Our Fathers in 2006. He played the lead role in Hallam Foe in 2007 and was nominated for the best actor award at the British Independent Film Awards. He starred in two movies in 2008: Jumper and Defiance. 

In 2011, after a brief hiatus, he appeared in five different movies: The Eagle, Jane Eyre, Retreat, Stainless Steel and The Adventures of Tintin. He appeared as Joey Cassidy in 2012 film, Man on a Ledge. In 2013, he acted in Snowpiercer, Filth, and Nymphomaniac. In 2014, he started appearing as Abraham Woodhull in the TV show, TURN: Washington’s Spies. He appeared as Ben Grimm in the 2015 movie, Fantastic Four. Jamie married Evan Rachel Wood on 30th October 2012. Their son was born on 29th July 2013. They separated in May 2014. He has given his voice to video game characters. He voiced Jimmy in Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie(2005) and Griffin O’Conner in Jumper: Griffin’s Story (2008).

Donald McNichol Sutherland is a Hollywood actor who hails from Canada. He is also an Office of the Order of Canada. His film career has lasted over fifty years. In this time, he has played a multitude of characters in many well-received films. Three of his children are also currently pursuing careers as actors. Sutherland initially studied to be an engineer although he soon realized that the profession wasn’t for him.

Mark Strong is a well-known television and film actor from Britain known for his excellent performances in the films ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ in 2012, ‘The Imitation Game’ in 2014, etc. He was born as Marco Giuseppe Salussolia in the year 1963 on August 5th, in the city of London in the UK. He was born to a mixed cultural family where his father was an Italian and his mother an Austrian. After his father had abandoned his family soon after Mark’s birth, he was brought up by his mother. His mother changed his name so that it would help him get along with the rest of the children at his school.
