She is an Indian film producer, screen writer and director by profession. She was born on 7th Nov, 1973 in a royal family from Bangalore. Her paternal grand father was Raja of Wanaparthy. In Kolkata she attended Loreto House, then she moved on to Mumbai. She did her graduation in Mumbai from Sophia College for Women in the year 1995. Early life

Born in the year 1987, Girija Oak has worked in Marathi films as well as in television. She also had a brief stint with Hindi films. Her acting in Shor in the City and Taare Zameen Par gained her recognition. Marathi actor Girish Oak is the father of Girija Oak. Her mother is a pharmacist. Having pursued a business management degree she later got associated with a theater workshop and tested waters in commercials. Girija entered the Marathi film industry with the 2010 flick Manini. 

On her personal front, Girija is wedded to producer Suhrud Godbole. This couple is blessed with a boy. When she was 15 Girija entered the silver screen. Goshta Choti Dongraevadhi, Manini, Gulmohar, and Adgule Madgule are some of the Marathi flicks in which Girija had worked. IME Motion Pictures is the production venture of Mr. Suhrud Godbole. It is having its roots both in Mumbai and Pune. Chintoo, Pune 52 and Champions are some of the movies produced by this production house. 

Girija had tried her luck in a Marathi serial and she enacted the role of Manu in the serial Lajja. She became a notable personality by working in this serial. She did the role of a youngster who gets to see the dangerous side of cities. Her onscreen chemistry with Piyush Ranade in the serial was very much appreciated. The show became a roaring success in Zee Marathi television network. She has also worked on a natak called Don Special. Meghna Malik is an Indian television and film actress. She was born in the year 1971 in Sonepat, Haryana. She studied Master’s in Kurukshetra University and holds a degree in English. She was a very intelligent student and also received gold medals during her Masters. Her parents were stunned when she decided to step into movies. After doing Laado, she said she wanted to play the role of a modern sophisticated woman. Well well, her dreams did come true. Pratima Kulkarni, a postgraduate in English Literature and Aesthetics, began her career in the performing arts at a young age. In Mumbai, experimental theatre in Marathi, Hindi, and other regional languages, was booming around 1974. In such a bright environment, she decided to pursue acting as a career and developed a deep interest in other parts of theatre as well. Pratima worked as Stage Manager and Assistant Director under renowned Director Vijaya Mehta due to this connection. Pratima continued to work in television, film, and theatre after she started working behind the camera. She won multiple honors for her work in theatre and television after making her directorial debut with the play “Atma Katha” in 1988.

Dr. Sonali Sachdev is an Indian actress and has performed stunningly on the small screen for the past 10 years. She was born in Mumbai. She is known for her great performance in Taare Zameen Par released in 2007. She played the role of a strict teacher and performed the character perfectly. Ehsaan Noorani is one of the Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio, composing of three talented Indian musicians namely Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan himself and Loy Mendonsa. He is a popular music composer and guitarist. 

Ehsaan was born on October 12, 1963 in Hyderabad, India. He grew up in a place instilled with appreciation to different music genres at an early age. At 14, he started learning guitar under the teaching of Bismarck Rodriguez in Mumbai. During the mid 80’s, he attended the Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT), which is known as MI now. This became the turning point of his life as a musician as he slowly began to progress as a guitarist with huge potentials. He considered this period as ‘the best years of his life’. He went to Los Angeles, which is known to be the Music Capital of the World, and showed himself to the great musicians like Larry Carlton, Robben Ford and many more. 

Ehsaan was influenced by the famous bands of the 70’s like Pink Floyd, Led Zepellin, Wishbone Ash, Santana and Deep Purple. Since then, he became inclined and fond to the Blues; something about the genre has caught his whim and he continues to hold into it until today. Prasoon Joshi is an Indian poet, writer, lyricist and also an advertising guru. He is also the President of the McCann Worldgroup in South Asia and the CEO of McCann Wordgroup in India. He won the Best Lyricist award at the Filmfare for two consecutive times from 2007 to 2008. In year 2014, he received the same award for the biographical sports drama film, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. He also won the Best Lyricist award at the National Film Award twice; one for Aamir Khan’s drama film, Taare Zameen Par and another one for the historical war drama film, Chittagong.

Prasoon was born on September 16, 1971 in Uttarakhand, India and spent most of his childhood days in Almora. His father is D.K. Joshi, a PCS Officer and his mother is Sushma Joshi, a political science lecturer who has been part of the All India Radio for over 30-years. Prasoon starter his career in writing at the early age of 17. He wrote his first book, Main Aur Woh which was inspired by Thus Spake Zarathustra by Frederich Nietzsche. Subsequently, he wrote two more books which established him as an author. He launched his book, Sunshine Lanes on January 2013 at the Jaipur Literature Festival. He studied Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Physics until he was elected to took a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, India. At the same time, he decided to start his venture in advertising.

Prasoon started his career in one of the leading agencies worldwide, Ogilvy & Mather in New Delhi. For more than a decade, he worked as a Creative Star and became an Executive Creative Director in the leading office in Mumbai. In 2002, he also worked as the Executive Vice President and the National Creative Director of the global advertising agency, the McCann Erikson and later became the Regional Creative Director for South and South East Asia. Loy Mendonsa is an Indian pianist, musician, and singer. His career initially began for Doordarshan productions, where he composed the theme song of “The World This Week” show. Before the formation of his trio group, Loy has worked with the Indian music great A.R.Rahman and Nadeem-Shravan.

Ram Madhvani is an Indian Director. He has worked in the Film Industry as well as Television Advertising. He is one of the most prominent directors of ad campaigns on Indian Television. Vishal Dadlani mostly known by duo name Vishal Shekhar in the music world. Vishal is an Indian film music director. He not only composes music in Hindi, but equally famous for composing music in Telegu, Tamil, or in Marathi. Actually dedication brings success to a person and Vishal Dadlani has justified his talent by giving various types of music. Vishal was born on 28th June 1973 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Varun Kapoor, who is famous as Danny of Saraswatichandra, is an engineering graduate. He did B.E. in electronics and telecommunications from Sinhgarh College of Engineering, Pune. He completed his schooling in St. Kabir School, Vadodara and he finished his higher studies from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is a talented actor with a charming smile. Shiamak Davar, the well-known Choreographer of Indian origin, is the one who first introduced the western dance form in India. The dancer is born to Nani Davar and Puran Davar. Darsheel Safary of “Taare Zameen Par” fame, however, belongs to a totally different mould, as experienced movie goers would immediately admit. Most child actors in Hindi films, over the years, have portrayed or made to portray “puffed” up roles, where the innocence associated with a child had been sacrificed for theatrical needs. Moreover, in a majority of cases, the characters assigned were typically that of normal kids, portrayed either in circumstances of suffering or neglect on the one hand or in situations of parental pampering. Seldom, however, a child character has been portrayed in the rather deglamourised role of one suffering from an inherent internal disability. Here is one instance of a child character playing a rather mature role, if one can describe it as such. Volumes have been written about Darsheel’s acting in the film, but perhaps the best tribute came from one critic who said that ‘he did not act, he made us believe that he really was suffering from dyslexia!”
