Konkona Sen Sharma is a Bollywood actress hailing from Kolkata, West Bengal. She was born on 3 December 1979 in a Bengali family. She completed her schooling at the Calcutta International School and later moved to Delhi for a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Delhi University’s most prestigious college- St. Stephen’s. Cinema has already been existent in her genetic roots. Her mother, Aparna Sen, is a noted actress and director in Bengali cinema. Moreover, she is the granddaughter of Chidananda Dasgupta, a film critic who also established the Calcutta Film Society. In 1983, the four-year-old Konkona was first seen on the big screen in a Bengali film titled ‘Indira’. Her official Tollywood debut was in 2000 in ‘Ek Je Aachhe Kanya,’ for which she was awarded at the Bengal Film Journalists' Association Awards (2002).

Neetu Chandra is a famous actress in South India. She was on 20 June 1984 in Patna, Bihar. Neetu completed her schooling from Notre Dame Academy and pursued her graduation from Indhraprastha College. Neetu was very passionate about modeling, but her father did not want her to go with films. But Neetu’s mother guided and encouraged her. Neetu gives major credits to her mother for her successful career. Nithin Chandra, brother of Neetu is a director.

She alleged that hero Raja Sekhar has harassed her during Sathyameva Jayathe movie shooting. After that film she has not signed any Telugu film and took a turn towards Kollywood. She is quite successful in Tamil field. She did Yavarum Nalam, Theeradha Vilaiyattu Pillai, Yutham Sei in Tamil. Her role as Rani Sampatha in the film Ameerin Aadhi Bhagavan gained her SIIMA award.

Apart from film career, Neetu produced a Bhojpuri film Deswa which was directed by her brother. Neetu is the brand ambassador of Hoop.

Madhu Sharma is an Indian film actress, known for acting in the lead role in the runaway hit film, Sindhanai Sei, in 2009. She was born to a Marwadi family on December 13, 1984, in Jaipur, Rajasthan in India. She made her entry into the career as a model of remix music albums. She was introduced by director Bharat in the Telugu film, Slokam, in the year 2005, where she acted in the lead role alongside Saikumar, Ambika and K. Viswanath. In the same year, she made a performance in Gowtam SSC and played as Sundari in Jagapati Babu-starrer film entitled That is Pandu. Madhur Bhandarkar is an Indian film director, writer, and producer. He is known for his realistic filmmaking and has received critical acclaim for his work. He was born on 26 August 1968 in Mumbai. He got a job in a video cassette library in Khar, a Mumbai suburb, where he supplied video cassettes on a bicycle. It was here that he found out a treasure trove of movies and made the most of the opportunity to study film-making. He initially worked as an assistant with some filmmakers and eventually got the chance to work as an associate director to Ram Gopal Varma for the film Rangeela (1995). He also played a cameo in this movie. After some years, he made his directorial debut with the movie Trishakti, which was released in 1999. The movie went relatively unnoticed at the box office. Two years later, he directed Chandni Bar (2001) starring Tabu and Atul Kulkarni. This movie drew inspiration from the life of bar girls and was made on a budget of Rs. 15 million. The film was a box office success and garnered critical acclaim. He bagged his first National Award for this film.

Mahesh Limaye is a famous Indian cinematographer who worked in many super hit Hindi and Marathi movies. Nitin Desai is a notable art director and production designer in Bollywood; he is also a TV and Film producer. He was born in Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He did his schooling from Wamanrao Muranjan High School, Mulund. He learned photography from L S Raheja School of Arts and J J School of Arts. After which he made his entry into films. Nitin started his career by assisting art director Nitish Roy for the TV serial, Tamas (1987); he was the fourth assistant to Roy.

Sandeep Mehta has been a part of some of the most popular soaps on television. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is probably the highlight of his television career. He plays the all important role of Rajshekhar Singhania in the series aired on Star Plus. Sudhir Mishra is a Bollywood director and screenwriter best known for critically acclaimed films like Yeh Woh Manzil Nahi and Hazaro Khwahishein Aisi, Dharavi, Chameli. A three-time national award winner, he is known to be very vocal about his personal opinions and comments on extreme censorship in India. He is also one of the very few pioneers of independent cinema, and recipient to the Chevalier of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres by the French government.

Upendra Limaye won the national film award for best supporting actor in the year 2010 for his role in a Marathi movie ‘Jogwa’. Upendra is a Marathi actor but even acted in some Hindi movies to date. He was seen in many Madhur Bhandarkar’s movies like ‘Page 3', ‘Chandni Bar’, ‘Traffic Signal’ etc. He later acted in Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Sarkar Raj’ too. Most of the films that he acted have mostly garnered positive critical reception. Many of his films had strong content and were filmed exceptionally well with super performances.
