Debalina Ghosh is an aspiring casting director in the Bollywood film industry. She is widely known for working as a casting director in various films like Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019), Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior (2020), Mithu Singh Da Viah (2021), and Fashion Street (2024). She studied English Literature at The Bhowanipore Education Society College and started working in some event management companies. Over the years, she has worked in companies like World Networking Services, Wizard Events, Prime 1 Events and Entertainment Private Limited, and many more.
In August 2020, Debalina Ghosh became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Primeone International Entertainment Company and worked there till June 2022. In March 2018, she founded her own company Debalina Ghosh Casting, and assists in the casting of various actors and junior artists for multiple productions. She was also the co-founder of the production company, Masterkut Films Private Limited. On her social media handles, she often posts advertisements for scouting new actors. On the personal front, she lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra.Â
