Sania is very well versed with many aspects of filmmaking such as casting, scheduling, screenwriting, crewing, negotiating, permits, deal memos, and tasks related to SAG, the Mayor's Office, and the Governor's Film Office.

Some of the few commercials that she has produced are Chasing Paper, Untamed, Animation, Pharmacy, Music Video, CP2, and GH Movie. Other than that, she was the producer of an independent psychological thriller, Butterflies of Bill Baker (2015), and has also worked with Oscar-nominated director Roland Joffe on the film Singularity.
