Aashin A Shah, a co-producer at Sunshine Pictures Private Limited, was born into a non-showbiz family, pushed his way up to gain admission to one of the most prestigious universities in Mumbai, and then won his master's degree exam.

Shah formerly held the positions of alum head of MKS (Ritambara), a graduate of the National Institute of Event Management, and a member of the founding committee of Crescendo, one of the largest intercollegiate festivals. Shah has a 16-year career as an executive producer and co-producer, during which he has contributed to 18 productions. His most recent works, Sanak and the online series Human have earned much praise. Shah is presently working on the web series Commando and The Kerala Story.
