Salman Ali

Winner of Indian Idol season 10, Salman Ali is an Indian playback singer who began his career through the singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs. Salman Ali was born on 14th January 1998 in a town called Punhana in Mewat, Haryana. He comes from a musical environment as his family earns their livelihood by performing music at weddings and other functions. Salman is the youngest of five siblings in his family. As Salman Ali happens to the fourth-generation music kid in his family, music was natural in his DNA. He followed his father and grandfather to work since he was seven. He did his schooling up to 9th standard from Palwal, but dropped out to concentrate fully on music. Salman Ali ventured into television with the popular reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs Season 5 of Zee TV.

He impressed the judging panel with his marvelous performance and made it to the top 18.
