Bala Bharathi is an Indian music director who has worked predominantly in the Tamil Film Industry. He was born and brought up in Madurai, India and completed his graduation in philosophy and psychology. After graduation, he focused his interest on the political side and earned his post-graduation degree in Political Science. However, he worked as a Chartered Accountant for several years. After that, he became a music director with his first movie, “Thalai Vasal” (1992).
He has composed music for many Tamil TV serials and series like “Leela Mala” and “Chitrap Pavai”, which was aired on Potikai TV. He has also composed music for films like “Oruyugam” and “Amaravathi”. With a devotion to creating music, he started his music academy called Diwana, where he teaches music to young talents. His fans appreciated his work in movies like “Amaravathi” (1993), “Saasanam” (2006), “Naanga” (2012) and many more.
