and his friend Roger Rodas' death. Judge of US district court Philip Gutierrez said that Rodas' wife's allegation against Porsche was not true.
The car that they were driving was not the reason for the death, said the judge. Paul was 40 and Rodas was 38 when they died. The car dashed into the trees and burst into a fireball killing both of them.
The family filed a case against Porsche stating there was a discrepancy in the car's features. Court judges said that the car's maker isn't to be blamed.
While Walkers claim that the car was driven at around 63 to 71mph, police have reported that the car was running at around 90mp
