Deepika Padukone Returns To Hollywood With XXX Sequel

With criticism from every corner, Deepika is back to her trump card: Hollywood.

According to the recent reports, the actress will be returning in the role of Serena Unger in the sequel of XXX: Return of Xander Cage. However, the actress will be doing most of her shoots in Mumbai itself, since she is not ready to leave her daughter, Dua.

Interestingly, this is not the first Hollywood venture that Deepika Padukone was offered. She was the original choice for the crucial role of Ramsey in Furious 7, which eventually went to GOT fame Nathalie Emmanuel when Deepika turned it down.

As of now, Deepika Padukone is undergoing a professional crisis. Though she hasn’t seen a flop since Chhapaak in 2020, the actress has faced severe criticism for her alleged arrogance, which led to her expulsion from both Spirit and more recently, Kalki 2.

Deepika Padukone is currently involved with multiple projects. She is one of the lead actresses in Allu Arjun’s upcoming venture with Atlee, and has recently confirmed her presence in Shahrukh’s upcoming venture, King.
