March To Be ‘Month Of Clashes’?

Not one, not two, but at least 15 films will represent Hindi cinema this month, whether on the silver screen or the OTT platforms. It means that March will be the ‘Month of Clashes’ for Bollywood.

The following weekend will see three different films, aiming for the top honors with different themes. On 21 March, Dharmatic Entertainment will come out with ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ based on the Quit India Movement. The very next day will see two opposites vying for the top honors. Interestingly, there is one thing common between the two: both are great actors who are making their directorial debut. While Kunal Khemu is out with a comical ‘Madgaon Express’, Randeep Hooda will aim to address the injustice meted out to Vinayak Damodar Savarkar through ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’.
