In a recent interview, the Mollywood superstar lashed out at Bollywood for its overdependence on stars. According to him, unless one was a big star, even he wasn’t safe, and was pushed around sets. On the other hand, Malayalam industry isn’t known for treating such VVIP attitude, and it works with a different approach.

Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in Kaantha, which didn’t work well financially. Despite the failure of this movie, Dulquer didn’t have much to be disappointed about. His production venture Lokah turned out to be the highest grossing movie in the history of Malayalam cinema. The movie became the first Malayalam film to enter the 300 crore club worldwide.

Dulquer Salmaan is returning to Mollywood with I’m Game. The action drama will be directed by Nahas Hidayath.
