, who is one among the three accused in the case regarding molestation of Malayalam actress Bhavana. The hearing for the case has been postponed to March 3. In the meantime, the car in which the actress was kidnapped and molested is being examined by the forensic department in Aluva’s SP office. On Monday, Pulsar Sunil, one among the main accused had filed for anticipatory bail in the Kerala High Court. He pleads that an opportunity is given to him for a fair and just hearing. The Aluva court had remanded Sunil and one other accused to 14-day judicial custody. A case of attempted rape was filed.
The actress had been allegedly kidnapped and molested last Thursday night. Previously, one among the prime accused, her driver Martin was arrested and sent to judicial custody. The incident happened while Bhavana was coming back from shooting. As per the police, the actress was retained in the car for an hour, and she was dropped near her house at around 10:30 pm.
