At the peak time of her career, she married Pramod Nair and settled in Dubai. She had been working as a radio jockey in Dubai and attracted the Malayali audiences.
Later she returned Trivandrum and started to perform in cinemas and serials.
Praveena is also a part of the award-winning movie, “Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njanum.” She is very popular for her role as goddess Shakti in “Devimahatmyam.”
