’s next romantic film. However he has dropped Sai Pallavi and is keen in replacing her with a Bollywood based actress and till now, the name is not disclosed. T
he male lead for the film is Karthi. Sources say that Mani Ratnam wanted a little more maturity in the face actress who will be a better option for heroine’s role.
Sai Pallavi is not OK with performing some intimate scenes with the hero, which was demanded by the script.
The film has not been named so far, and the schedules are expected to start in the month of September. A R Rahman will give the musical score. The film will be produced under Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies banner.
