has been a heartthrob, she is extremely talented and has everything a superstar has. But here in this movie she lacked the aura Marilyn had. There something wrong done either by the director or by Williams herself. Her acting skills are brilliant, and she tries to bring a real character but still could not convince us as Marilyn Monroe. Some scenes are very low and dim. Even after all these flaws she has done justice to the role and portraying the bold Monroe made her even more demanding.

The costumes were beautiful and very elegant. Director Simon Curtis had his way with this movie and won hearts, after all he devoted eight years to this film.
Verdict: It is one the most brilliant biopic of all time.
