A woman-oriented movie..that’s what
Kucch Luv Jaisaa is for you. Well, read more to find out what this movie is all about.
A middle-aged women who has a husband and kids is suddenly bored with the monotony of her life and decides to leave her home unannounced. She meets a stranger with whom she spends the whole day only to know that he is a criminal.
Shefali has come out to be very strong and poised in the movie that makes her act very convincing and relatable. She has done a brilliant job at portraying her part.
A women-oriented subject will always receive a good response if it is executed well. Somehow, the director Shukla Barnali Ray falters in that aspect.
A women-oriented subject (but it could have been executed better).
What’s not there?
- The movie is an utter rubbish if you judge it on the parameters of logic. The movie is nowhere close to reality and is way too far fetched for any women. There may be people relating to the character of Shefali, but they are not anywhere close to being convinced by the course of action that she chose to take.
- There is a host of very talented and skilled actors that are involved in the movie. Although, having said that, these wonderful talents were not used optimally, and the film doesn't do justice to the kind of potential that this bunch of actors has.
- Any Indian movie is judged majorly on the parameters of its music. This movie disappoints us in that aspect too. The music of the movie is absolutely nowhere close to being good. Music composers should have added extra efforts to produce something that is good to the ears.
- This drama that concerns the middle aged women is boring doesn't have any element of wow in it, and the script is extremely uninteresting. It is not able to hold your attention for even a slight moment because there is absolutely nothing in the movie that the audiences will become attracted.
A movie that is better left unwatched.
