Raghavendra Hegde is an Indian film director and producer. Initially, he worked as a waiter and later became an auto driver. A passenger approached him, and that person inspired him until he became an apprentice editor for Shekhar Kapur’s biographical film, Bandit Queen, in 1994.
He juggled working as a waiter and editor for some time. He has worked in Sketch Kannada cinema as a co-director and subsequently shifted to Mumbai to pursue his career. Hegde also worked with Jabbar and Marathi actor and producer, Dada Kondke.
