Plot

This movie revolves around an NRI named Sivaji who chooses to provide free healthcare to poor people. He is a software engineer who decided to launch a foundation under his name. But things didn't go as smoothly as he thought because an influential politician named Aathiseshan sabotaged him and looted away his whole wealth in the name of licenses. Then the story continues with Sivaji blackmailing Aathiseshan to get half his money back and send it to his friends overseas. Tamizhselvi's parents warned her not to marry Sivaji. But they got married soon after. Sivaji faced many hardships after that. He was even put to death by torture to get the password to his laptop. He revived and took care of the foundation by posing indirectly in the name of his friend M.G. Ravichandran. What will Sivaji do to get the revenge? Did they save the foundation?

Star Performance

Superstar Rajnikant delivered his massive performance. His extravagant outfits, especially a white dhoti, roles watch, and sunglasses by Ray-Ban elevated his looks to an extreme level. Aishwarya Rai was first chosen for Shriya Saran's role. But Shriya Saran acted her role elegantly and flawlessly. Suman delivered his villain role perfectly. His distorted expressions towards the leads are appreciated. Vivek played his role as Ranjnikant's uncle facilitating the film in achieving the humor.

Analysis

Director Shankar directed this commercial entertainer masterpiece with many ingredients. The first and second half was full of comedy, and the second half showcased Rajinikanth's style. KV Anand's camera work did its magic. It engages the audience with anticipation of what will happen next. Manish Malhotra's costume design is exquisite and lovely. The dialogue written by Sujatha is engaging and funny throughout the movie. The excellent cinematography and visual effects are due to the immense budget of this film. The casting of multi-talented actors is the strength of this film. The scenes between Vivek and Rajnikant are so humorous for the audience. Shankar carefully curated this film in every aspect, and the Rajini fans are in awe.

Verdict

This film is a complete mix of action, crime, comedy, and drama that is worth watching the movie for everyone at least once. The performance and style of legend Rajinikanth are majestic and exhilarating to watch. Shriya Saran's elegant performance and dance are charming in a unique way. Vivek's sir performance is legendary, as always. Moreover, it's Shankar's direction, so never a second thought. Go for it!
