Jeevan Gopal

Jeevan Gopal is an Indian actor widely known for playing the genie, Jeem Boom Baa, in the Malayalam comedy show for children “Alaudinte Athbuthavilakku,” based on the evergreen Arabian tales of Aladdin and the Magic Lamp. He was born on 26th April 1997 in Kollam, Kerala. He attended the Sabarigiri Residential School in Kollam and later graduated from the Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

He bagged his first lead role in 2018 with Rajeev Varghese in the romantic action-comedy “Angane Njanum Premichu.” He currently plays the protagonist, Mahesh, in Mazhavil Manorama’s TV serial “Makkal” (2018), which showcases the daily lives of an elderly couple and their children, along with the bond they share.
