The much awaited ‘Aadujeevitham’ has hit the jackpot. The film has earned more than 130 crores, making it another commercial success for both Prithviraj Sukumaran and the Malayalam film industry.

The movie has barely managed to cross 23 crores, despite the paid previews. The overall collections might be around 55.14 crores, but it is still not enough. However, this is not even the beginning.

The situation in other regions is way worse. While the Tamil and Telugu have somehow managed to earn a little above 1 crore, there are almost no takers for the Malayalam version itself. In the past 2 days, ‘Bade Miyan has managed to collect just 10 lakhs from the Malayalam version. Even the collection from ‘Aadujeevitham’s Hindi dub are not as bad as this movie.

Prithviraj Sukumaran had tried his luck in Bollywood more than once. He made his debut with ‘Aiyaa’, which was commercially unsuccessful.
