A few days back Malayalam actress Bhavana was abducted and molested. After reports of the actress being molested, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has come in support of the actress and said that it could be the worst atrocity perpetrated on a woman. The actor resorted to the social media to express his anger against the perpetrators of the crime. He said that such acts should not only be condemned, but severe punishment should be given to the perpetrators of crime.
Mohanlal urged for quick justice and added that it is not sufficient to just hold candles and express sympathy. The actor said that his heart goes out to her. The actor said that justice should be served immediately.
The Kerala government has said that it is an isolated incident and requested not to panic. In a strikingly different contrast, there have been people who blamed the police for not initiating immediate action. But there were others who lauded the police for quick action.
