Laurent Rinchet is a French aerospace professional. Apart from French, he is fluent in Hindi, Japanese, Spanish and English. He earned the certificate in Building Great Teams and The Enterprise Leader's Playbook from MIT Sloan Executive Education. He also earned a certificate in The Language and Tools of Financial Analysis from the University of Melbourne.

Laurent Rinchet has an outstanding academic background. He got an Electronic and Telecom engineering degree at the School of Digital Engineers, Paris (ISEP). Then, he completed his Leading Strategic Growth and Change diploma at Columbia Business School, New York City. He also completed his Innovation and Technology diploma at MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, Massachusetts. He got engaged to Indian actress Koel Purie in European style.
