A versatile singer, Tanvi Shah is a playback singer who has sung songs in languages like Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Portuguese, Arabic, and Latin. She made her debut in playback singing with the song 'Fanaa' for the movie Yuva, which released in 2004. Ever since then, she has had a collaboration with the Oscar-winning singer A.R Rahman, and she has sung several songs for him. Amit Trivedi, Yuvan Shankar Raja and other leading music directors invited Tanvi after her success with A.R Rahman reached the public eye. Shriya Saran, the timeless beauty, is a much loved actor of the South Indian film industry who’s been reigning the world of cinema from nearly a decade. She’s acted in nearly 70 films in the languages of Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English and Hindi and won a host of prestigious awards in all of her career.

A trained and expert traditional dancer, Shriya Saran was noticed in one of her dance videos and for the beauty that she was, movie offers came her way. Nayantara also called as Nayanthara Kurian, is a renowned Indian actress from Kerala. She was born on 18th November in the year 1984 in Bangalore that is situated in Indian province Karnataka. Her actual name is ‘Diana Mariam Kurian’ the daughter of ‘Omana Kurian’ and ‘Kurian Kodiyatto’. Due to her father’s service, she stayed in several places of India. She joined in “Mar Thoma College” for attending her B.A in English Literature. Besides study she also initiated her modeling career.

M Saravanan is a budding Director in the field of Cinema. Saravanan grew up in the district of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. He started his career in Kollywood by stepping into the shoes of Assistant Director under the remarkable Director A.R. Murugadoss.

M.S. Guhan is the son of noted Indian film producer A.V. M Saravanan who owns AVM Studios in the heart of the Chennai City. AVM Studio. It may be noted that AVM studio ( banner) had its inception in 1948 and so far had produced 190 Indian films in various Indian languages and featured almost all leading heroes of Tamil mainstream cinema.

S. P. Muthuraman is an indian director in tamil film industry. Muthuraman was born on the 7th of april 1935. He was born in karaikudi, tamil nadu. His father’s name is karaikudi subbiah. His father was an mlc. His mother’s name is visalakshi. He has a younger brother whose name is suba veerapandian. His brother is a professor.

Sujatha Rangarajan is an author, screenwriter, novelist, and engineer born on 3rd May, 1935, and passed out on 27th February, 2008. His birthplace is Srirangam (British India) and he died in Chennai. His evergreen works are ten stage performances, more than 250 short stories along with composing works of almost a hundred novels, and a small set of poems. He was considered as a famous personality in Tamil literature. He has fame as a pleasant reader and he briefly edited and worked for Kumudam magazine. He composed a few screenplays and narrated dialogues for Tamil movies.

K. V. Anand is a director in South Indian Film Industry. He was born to Anasuya Venkatesan and Venkatesan in 1966. He grew up to study his Masters in Visual Communications in a very famous college called Loyola College, Chennai. As a Master's degree holder in Visual communication, he began his career as a cinematographer. He was a photojournalist for a short while. He started cinematography in the 1990s. He worked for more than 15 movies in both south and Bollywood film industries. He had won a National Film Award for Best Cinematography with his very first movie Thenmavin Kombath. When he entered the direction for movies, he wanted to do unique films. His debut movie as a director Kana Kandaen (2005) got appreciations even from the critics. He made his image clear and loudly felt in the industry with his second movie Ayan (2009) which was a good hit. The third film too was a hit in a row. His third film was Ko (2011). He has a unique way of scriptwriting. He is known for writing 6 drafts before finalizing one. Even in the cinematography field, he is known for his exceptional skills with lighting techniques. He is also very much appreciated for his ability to narrate stories just by proper utilization of Visuals. In addition to Tamil movies, Anand has worked for Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi movies as a cinematographer. His movie Maattrraan starring Suriya, Kajal Agarwal has gained him much lime light in a positive way. His latest movie with Tamil superstar Dhanush , Anegan released in Feb'2015 and made it a good hit. Anand says he is a thorough believer in commercial cinema and will never be willing to make any other kind of cinema.

Kartik Vijay is an Indian television, and film cinematographer known for his work in movies such as Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Matru ki Bijlee ka Mandola, Anwar, and Taxi No. 9211, among many others. Vijay has also shot more than more than 300 commercials which were also telecast at the Cannes Festival.

Richard M. Nathan is a Cinematographer. He is mainly working for Tamil film Industry. He has the Indian Nationality. He was born on June 3. His real name is Richard Maria Nathan. He was born in Tamil Nadu, India. His spouse name is Arasi Arul. He did his graduation from Don Bosco Secondary School. After this, Richard completed Visual communications at Loyola College, Chennai in the year 1997.

Na. Muthukumar is a poet, lyricist, writer and novelist, who writes in Tamil. He is famous for writing scripts and songs for Tamil films. Na. Muthukumar was born on 12 July 1975 in a small village named ‘Tirur’ near Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu. His Father, Mr Nagaraj was a Tamil teacher.Mr Nagaraj always maintained a collection of 5000 books throughout his life, and after he had passed away, this collection was preserved by his son in his office. Also, his mother passed away when he was merely four years old. Muthukumar reminisces that he acquired most of the knowledge of his life from his father’s book collection. Also, to help others he has plans to open a library where everybody could access those books. Na. Muthukumar began his career with a dream to be a director. So, he started working under director Balu Mahendra for about four years as assistant director. But due to turn of events, he landed into being a lyricist. He began with writing the lyrics for the Tamil movie ‘Veera Nadai’ which was directed by Seeman.

P Vijay (Pa Vijay) is a Tamil poet and film lyricist, who wrote the award-winning lyrics for the song’’ Ovvoru Pookalume’’ in Cheran's Autograph in Kollywood film industry. This lyricist had an extensive impact on Tamil cinema and was considered to be a gem writer of many songs that had featured in many movies. This poet and lyricist-writer were born in a middle-class family where his mother was a school teacher, and his father worked as a spinning master in a textile mill in Coimbatore. The actor was born in Coimbatore on 20 October 1974 and did his MA Literature in Tamil from Annamalai University. This poet was a discovery of director K Bhagyaraj, who was his family friend. He was associated with K. Bhagyaraj in the magazine ‘Bhagya’ and even got a chance to pen his lyrics for the film Gnanapazham, which had music by K. Bhagyaraj himself. But it was in 2004 when the film ‘Autograph’ was released, his song ’Ovvoru Pookalume"’ became an instant hit. Dr. Karunanidhi had given him the title’ Vithaga Kavignar’ and he came to be known as one of the best poets in Tamil Literature. Even poet Vali felt that Pa Vijay was part of him and claimed that he alone can be his successor in the field of cinema lyrics. Pa Vijay is still humble despite he has contributions to the literary field by writing many books. He considered Kannadasan and Vairamuthu as his role model. He also acted in lead roles in films like ‘Gnabagangal’, ‘Ilaignan ‘and ‘Thagadu Thagadu’.

Born on 29th of October in 1931 is our lyricist Vaali, who has proven his skills as an outstanding lyricist in Tamil. He is popularly known as the Indian Tamil poet and has earned a lot of followers, fans and well-wishers. He was initially named as T.S.Rangarajan by his parents and later got his nickname as Vaali. Born in Srirangam, Madras Presidency, India, he had given a shot in every field he could work with. He has been a poet, lyricist, writer, artist and an actor. Among everything he has been a wonderful poet and a writer. He had worked for the Tamil Cinema industry for over five decades and has written around fifteen thousand songs which have inspired his followers. He enacted scenes behind the lens of 'Sathya', 'Hey Ram', 'Paarthale Paravasam' and 'Poikkal Kudhirai'. These movies have been a hit in Kollywood and he has written songs for many other films as well.

Vairamuthu is a very famous Tamil writer, poet, and lyricist. His full name is Vairamuthu Ramasamy. He was born on 13th July 1953. He was born in a middle-class family to Ramasamythevar and Angammal in Mettur. His family moved to Vadugapatti, Theni in Tamil Nadu when he was four years old. He is famous by the pen name Kaviyarasu or Kaviperarasu. He got married to Ponmani Vairamuthu and had two children, Madhan Karky Vairamuthu, and Kabilan Vairamuthu. He got inspiration from the Tamil and Rationalist movements in the 1960s that enthused him to pursue a career as a writer. He graduated from Pachaiyappa's College in Chennai. As a speaker and a poet, he was highly praised as the best in his college.

Hariharan is a renowned Indian singer, who sings mainly for Hindi and Tamil films. Born in 1955, he is a well-known Ghazal singer. He was also instrumental in bringing fusion music to India. 

Colonial Cousins is the name given to Hariharan’s band, wherein he collaborated with Lesle Lewis. This band was featured in many private albums. Not only this, they have also composed music for a few movies in Hindi and Tamil. 

Hariharan is born and brought up in Mumbai and he is well-versed in Tamil, Malayalam, English and Hindi. Hariharan is the offspring of famous Carnatic vocalists H.A.S. Mani and Shrimati Alamelu. Hariharan inherited the music skills from his mother. Hindustani music was made known to him in his youth. Hariharan indeed, took great efforts to reach the position that he is in today; he used to practice singing for 13 hours. 

During the initial stages of his career Hariharan used to sing for television serials. After winning a prize in a competition at all India level Hariharan was offered to sing in the film “Gaman” by late music composer Jaidev. The song “Ajeeb Sa Neha Mujh Par Guzar Gaya Yaaron" from the film earned him recognition that he rightly deserved. 

The song “Thamizha Thamizha” from the movie Roja was an instant hit and Hariharan, who sung it was awarded the “Best Male Playback Singer” in the Tamil Nadu State Government Film Awards. 

Hariharan was introduced into the Tamil film industry by A R Rahman, who was also a newbie at that time. Since then, the duo created magic with soul stirring songs in films, including Minsara Kanavu, Jeans, Indian, Muthu, Taal, Mudhalvan, Iruvar, Indira, Rangeela, Alaipayuthey, Kannathil MuthamIttal, Sivaji etc. Hariharan is credited with the Padma Shri Award and has received National awards for a couple of times. Hariharan is the proud singer of around 700 songs. He had also sung in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi.

Javed Ali (Javed Hussain) was born in Delhi in 1982. He has been working as an Indian playback singer since 2000. Ali started his singing journey at a very early age with his father, who is a popular Qawwali singer named, Ustad Hamid Hussain. He is also a playback singer in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Marathi, Kannada, and Tamil. 

He has been singing since 2000, but his song “Ek Din Teri Raahon Mein” from the film Naqaab (2007) made him famous in Bollywood. After that, he sang hit song like Jashn-E-Bahaara from the Movie Jodha Akbar (2008). He also sang the song Guzarish (Ghajini) and Maula mere Maula (Arziyan). Javed started his career by singing the song for movie Beti No.1, but this couldn’t help him to grow up his career. After that, he worked in many movies like Chameli, Golmal, Ho Gaya Na, Dil Jo Bhi Kahey, Neal n Nikki and Zindagi Rocks. His song Nagada Nagada with Sonu Nigam from the movie “Jab We Met” has been a great hit. Also, his song “Tu Muskura” along with Alka Yagnik and A R Rahman from movie Yuvvraaj had hit. 

He has also sung many songs in Tamil movies like Siragugal, Chinnanjirusuga Manasukkul, Kungumapoovum Konjumpuraavum, Maattrraan, Thuppakki, Alex Pandian, and Singam 2. Javed Ali has even sung many Telugu songs in popular movies like Tanemando, Maham Maye, Alibaba, Surro Surra, Raccha Rambola, O Meri Jane Jana, Ori Devudo, and Vachchaadu.

He was also seen as a judge for the show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs” in 2011 which is a famous reality show on Zee TV.

Naresh Iyer is once again a popular face, but mainly due to his singing talent. This 34 year old singer hails from Mumbai. There is no end the number of hit songs he has produced over the years. Likewise, he owns a series of awards that have been rightfully given to him. His contribution to Bollywood has been tremendous.

In spite of having a degree in Commerce, Iyer decided to study Carnatic music and Hindustani classical music. His career has just looked forward from then on.

He got recognition from A.R. Rahman in the reality talent show which was called Channel V’s Super Singer.  His beautiful rendition of Roobaroo, which was an A.R.Rahman composition for the movie, Rang De Basanti, won his a lot of accolade. He went on to win the national award for the Best Male Playback.

He then worked on a number of projects including Raanjhaana and Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na and a number of praiseworthy Tamil projects.  The former is a story about a boy who fell in love with a girl since his school days whereas the latter is a love story again between two friends who realise that they actually love each other towards the climax of the movie. He has been appreciated for his work with the R.D. Burman award for Best Male Debut which is a very prestigious honour in the country.

He is also the vocalist in Mumbai based fusion band that goes by the name of Dhvani.

S P Balasubrahmanyam is still considered to be one among the best musicians in the past three decades, in spite of the surge of various new comers. This legendary singer is reputed for his intense voice, profound knowledge of music, and a style of singing which is appreciated even today. SPB, as he is fondly called, has given his voice for more than 30000 songs. His name is recorded in the Guiness Book of World Records for singing several songs in a short span of time. He has sung the most in Telugu, the next being Tamil. He has also given his beautiful voice for Sanskrit slokas.  

Other than Telugu and Tamil SPB has sung in Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada too. SPB also tried his luck as music director in Telugu film industry (he had composed one film Sigaram in Tamil too). 

A south Indian singer becoming successful in Bollywood is quite a feat, but SPB achieved that. In fact, he was the regular for some of Salman Khan’s films including, the musical blockbuster Hum Aapke Hain Kaun. With his imminent voice, he also shined as a dubbing artist. 

Hailing from Andhrapradesh, SPB comes from a traditional Telugu Brahmin origin. SPB tested waters even in acting. His sister SP Sailaja is also a noted singer. Born on 4th June 1946, SPB gained interest in music very early. He got to know about the flute and harmonium by his own interest. He nevertheless followed the wish of his father and did an AMIE course. During his engineering days SPB took part in various singing competitions and garnered several awards. Music composer S P Kodandapani introduced SPB into singing for films, since he was attracted towards SPB’s voice. 

Sri Sri Sri Maryada Ramanna, a Telugu film, is the debut film (as a singer) of SPB which had music scored by S P Kodandapani. SPB made his foray into acting with the 1969 Telugu flick Pellante Noorella Panta. He worked in character roles in Telugu and Tamil. SPB worked as the dubbing artist for Kamal Haasan in most of his Telugu movies which were dubbed into Tamil. It is no wonder that SPB has several awards to his credit including, the Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri and 6 National Awards.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, the popular star in Tollywood, was received well by the entire South audiences with the movie, Sri Ram Rajyam. It is SPB, who dubbed for Balayya in the Tamil version of the film. Besides singing for the movies, SPB rendered his voice to the devotional music albums and the title songs for various TV Series. Nimmadhi Ungal Choice, Sondham, Sorgam, Vazhkai and Nambikkai are some of the series that got hit title songs with SPB’s voice. In 2010, he played in a film, “Naanayam,” as a businessman and his character was entirely different from that of the roles which he played previously. SPB Charan produced the movie. SPB had played in varieties of roles in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies and in TV Series too. "Jannal," a TV Series produced by Veteran director K Balachander was one of his perfect performances.

His latest film appearance was in the year 2018 with the Telugu film, Devadas featuring Akkineni Nagarjuna and “Nani” in the lead roles. The awards and honors received by SPB couldn’t be listed out on a single page. He had bagged a lot of awards from almost all the leading languages in which he worked.  SPB’s latest hit song in Tamil is Chumma Kizhi for Rajini in “Darbar,” which released in 2020. He reunited with “Ilaiyaraaja” in “Thamilarasan,” a movie featuring Vijay Antony. Devadas Parvathi is a film, which has a song by SPB and NV Arun composed the music. In Telugu, Nuvvu Naatho Emannavo from the film Disco Raja composed by S Thaman, was a super hit in 2020. Of late, he had also crooned in Palasa 1978, Cheema Prema Madhyalo Bhaama, Ayyappa Kataaksham, Neekosam and Badugu Jeevulu in Telugu.

SPB was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai in August 2020, due to the coronavirus attack. He had also posted a video about his recovery. Soon, it was announced that he tested negative of Coronavirus and his fans had a sigh of relief. However, he suffered from breathing issues and had been on life support for nearly a month. Group prayers were hosted and people across the world, who love him for his songs and his down to earth nature, prayed for him to get well soon. But, his health deteriorated on 24^th September 2020 and the legend breathed his last at 1:04 pm on 25^th September 2020, leaving his fans, family and friends in pain. SPB will be remembered forever, not only for his songs and acting but for his sweet nature that tied everyone to him. 

Vijay Yesudas (Born: 23rd March, 1979) is an Indian classical musician and playback singer from Chennai. He is known for his work predominantly in the south Indian film Industry, especially Malayalam, and Tamil films as well as in other Indian Languages such as Telegu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Jayant Vajpayee is a talented and veteran professional who has been working as a sound designer, premix engineer, dubbing artist, and recordist for more than two decades in Indian movies. He has also worked as a sound effects editor, dubbing editor, and audiographer. He studied at the Children's Academy and hails from Maharashtra. He started his career in 1998 with the Hindi movie Keemat: They Are Back as a sound assistant. He has worked in various roles in the sound department and as a dubbing artist in more than 100 movies, and many of them have become superhits and evergreen movies in Bollywood. Some of his notable works include Krazzy 4, Sunday, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, A Wednesday, Fashion, A Wednesday, Hera Pheri, Mohabbatein, Baadshah Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega, and many more.

In days of 1960’s and 1970’s set designs had played an important role in film making. Not a single film would miss setting up a huge set. Take the film ‘’Sholay’’ for instance, which had designed a huge village in Ramgarh (Karnataka). Even in Mani Ratnam’s ’’Nayakan’’ or ‘’Thalapathi’’, richness in set designs could bring out some of the memorable scenes in films. Thotta Tharani’s sets for Mani Ratnam films have been always lauded and his craftsmanship in thinking and designing the sets had really changed the face of art direction in Tamil cinema. Whether he created a slums of Dharavi for Nayagan, or a chilled atmosphere sets of Kashmir for Roja, every scenes were shot in Chennai studio only.

Prabhu Deva is one among the populous cinema person in India. He was born in the year 1973 in Mysore to Sundaram. Sundaram is a popular dance master in South India. Prabhu Deva entered the film industry at the early age. He has assisted his father in the film Vetri Vizha, in which Kamal Hassan and Prabhu did the lead roles. He appeared in Raja song along with Karthik Muthuraman, in the film Agni Natchathiram, a Mani Ratnam movie. He started his career in the film industry as a dancer and choreographer and later, developed himself as an actor. He made his debut as a hero through, Kadhalan, a Shankar movie. This movie was a super hit with the super songs by A. R. Rahman.

Raju Sundaram is an Indian choreographer, actor, and director. Raju was born on 7th March 1968. His father Mugur Sundar is a prominent choreographer. Raju is the eldest among the three brothers; all the three brothers are choreographers. One is the famous Prabhu Deva and other is Nagendra Prasad. He is married and his wife name is Vasanthi. In his youth he was forcefully taken to film sets by his father to assist him. Raju invented interest in films and choreography after that. Raju started his career being a dancer in films like ‘Roja’, ‘Aasai’ and playing cameo appearances in songs with his brother Prabhu Deva in the films ‘Gentleman’, ‘Kadhalan’.

           His first professional costume design was for the Bollywood actress ‘Juhi Chawla’ in the movie ‘Swarg’, which was released a couple of decades ago. He won his first ‘filmfare costume award’, for the movie ‘Rangeela’ in 1995. It gave him much recognizance in Bollywood and paved his way for becoming film city’s ‘most sought after’ costume designer. He has also designed costumes for ‘the King of Pop’, Michael Jackson, his visit to India. Manish Malhotra has launched various high profile couture store, ‘Reverie –Manish Malhotra’ which received majorly positive response and many top rated celebrities and affluent families, throughout the globe became his clients. He has also received praise for creating Glamorous ensembles which strikes a chord with Indian culture. 

          His first fashion show, was held in November 1999. His career has till now spanned over 25 years during which he has received over 35 awards and has designed costumes for over 1000 films. He has also been recognized by ‘National Institute of Fashion Technology’ Delhi, for his contribution to fashion design. Apart from film costume design, he has also designed the ‘team gear’ for Shah Rukh Khan’s, Indian Premier League team KOLKATTA KNIGHT RIDERS. He has also undertaken many social endeavors like his association with the ‘Mijwan Welfare Society’, in which he promotes workmanship from rural India. He has also been the host of his talk show named, ‘The Manish Malhotra Show’.

Llewellyn Anthony Gonsalvez is the popular editor, who has worked in super hit films of the top stars and also with the numero uno directors. Anthony is a jovial person, who moves with his colleagues and his directors in a friendly way. Anthony started his movie career with the Tamil film Kaaka Kaaka directed by Gautham Menon and featured by Suriya Sivakumar and Jyothika Saravanan. Anthony was initially approached to edit Ennai Konjam Maatri song in Kaaka Kaaka. He completed the work in one night and sent it to Gautham. Impressed Gautham gave him a big opportunity to Anthony to edit the film.

T.S. Suresh is also known as Suresh Sathyanarayan or Tirupattur Sathyanarayan Suresh. He was born on July 1, 1986. He is 30 years old. His birthplace is Vellore located in Tamil Nadu, India. But his current residence is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India due to his profession. He started his career in the year 2004.

A Chennai boy born in Karaikal to the immigrants of Vietnam is famous for his stunt sequences and action director and choreography. He was born and brought up in Chennai itself. He belongs to Tamil Chettiar community. He started off as an extra stunt fighter in many regional films. His first venture as a full-time action director is Murari. Earlier he has worked with pioneers like Kanal Kannan, Ram Gopal Verma, Vijayan, etc. he has done quite a plenty of films in Telegu, Tamil, and Malayalam. He earned critical appreciation and fame through his work in films such as Varsham, Anniyan, Athadu, etc. Ram Gopal Verma, impressed by Hein offered him to work for James and thus it was his ticket to Bollywood. His next Bollywood venture was Mani Ratnam’s Raavan.

Srinivas Mohan is an India based visual effect designer and supervisor. He has worked in the almost various type of film industry whether it is Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada or Malayalam. He is the leader in the field of visual effects and has been hired by some of the highest budget film productions houses across the country. Born as Vadlamudi Srinivas Murali Mohan to a Telugu family, he was raised and brought up in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. After completing his schooling and graduation, he started working as a software programmer. He saw a colleague of his working on an animated logo, and it inspired him to work on it. From there his animation career started, and he began working on advertisement and television projects which finally landed him in films. He says that it took him ten years to change his field from a 3-D animation artist to a visual effects supervisor. His debut film was ‘Indian’ starring Kamal Haasan in the year 1996. From thereon, he started working on projects like ‘Jeans,’ ‘Kushi,’ and ‘Boys.’

K.V Sanjit, known for working as a VFX Supervisor at NYVFXWAALA, was incorporated in May 2015 and initiated by Bollywood Superstar Ajay Devgn along with leading VFX experts like Naveen Paul & Prasad Vasant Sutar. Pattimandram Raja is a Tamil movie actor and debate speaker, who rose to fame as a speaker on Sun TV’s debate talk show, Pattimandram. He was born as Simson Raja on May 1, 1959, in Keezhamathur, Thuvariman. He took a Bachelor of Commerce at the American College in Madurai and an M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication at the Madurai Kamaraj University. Subsequently, he got employed at the United Bank of India in Madurai. He traveled for 15 years with Solomon Pappaiah, a renowned Indian scholar, and TV icon, who is also the moderator of the show, Pattimandram.

S Manivannan Rajagopal is the original name of Tamil film director and actor Manivannan. Manivannan has worked in the film industry for 30 years. Initially, he penned dialogues and stories for ace director Bharathiraja. Later he came out as a prominent director and tested different genres. He has helmed direction for 50 movies and about 34 films in Tamil, which were commercially successful. As an actor, Manivannan played supporting roles as well as negative and comedy roles. Manivannan had written the dialogues and stories for few flicks of Bharathiraja including Tick Tick Tick, Alaigal Oivathillai, Nizhalgal and Kadhal Oviyam. 

Hailing from Sulur (Coimbatore district) Manivannan was born on 31 July 1953. His 50th directorial venture Nagaraja Cholan, MA, MLA was released and Manivannan expired shortly after that. Vivekanandan is the birth name of the versatile comedian Vivek. He is introduced by the legendary director Balachander through the film Manadhil Urudhi Vendum. It is the film in which Ramesh Arvind was also introduced. They both acted as brothers of Suhasini in that film. He got famous through Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal, as his dialogue Innaikku Seththa Naalaikku Paal reached the viewers well. He acted with top actors and reached fame within a short span. He performed with Rajini in Uzhaippali, Veera and Sivaji. His role in Kadhal Mannan, an Ajith starter, was loved by many people. Vivek acted with Vijay in Kushi and Priyamanavale. He performed with Vadivelu in few films and the notable one is Middle Class Madhavan, a Prabhu movie. Both Vadivel and Vivek performed humorously in that film. After the invasion of many comedians like Santhanam and Suri, the chances get lessened for Vivek. He performed as Eka in the Dhanush movie Uthamaputhiran, which was outstanding. Singham of Surya had Vivek as a Police constable. His recent movies are Velai Illa Pattadhaari with Dhanush and Yennai Arindhaal with Ajith. He has also acted as a solo hero in the film named Nan Than Bala. The film did not go well as expected, but he has won positive criticism from the critics.
