Plot

Anu Hasan is married and has a kid. She works under the captaincy of Nassar in the military. The Tamilnadu police department requests help from the military as they doubt some treason is going on. So, the captain sends Anu and team to solve the issue in Tamilnadu. Anu and her team tracked the happenings and succeeded in their mission. But, Anu gets a suspended order, due to the unexpected results in their mission. Later, she travels to London with her husband and kid. There she meets huge challenges. David, who is of Indian origin, is an international business tycoon lives in London. In London, Anu and family had been chased by some unidentified people. In a situation, Anu’s husband is killed and Anu is attacked and her daughter goes missing. What happens next? Did Anu get back her conscious? Watch the rest in theaters!

Star Performance

Anu’s performance is perfect. She has loved as a strong lady; caring mother and a loving wife. Although Nassar comes in a small role, he does it fantastically. Other stars had done their best in the given roles.

Analysis

NT Nantha has chosen the good women-centric script for a talented lady like Anu and as usual, Anu excelled in it. Nantha’s screenplay is good and it is very fast and furious too. All the latest technologies like face recognition, database management and satellite communication are used effectively. The only thing is that the director should have trimmed the length of the film.

Anu Hasan’s action avatar is laudable; she has excelled in sentimental scenes too
The background music and the song are good
The script and screenplay is good

What’s Not There?

Length of the film is a drawback
More twists creates boredom at times

Verdict

Valla Desam is a real action entertainer and a good comeback film for Anu Hasan. It is one of the best action entertainers cum woman-centric movies in the recent times. Watch it! You will love it!
