Howard Gordon is a well-known American television Writer and Producer. He was born on March 31, 1961. He is famous for his work on Homeland, a showtime thriller, and 24 - the Fox action series. He co-developed Homeland with Alex Gansa and Gideon Raff. He worked with the production for the science-fiction thriller Awake on NBC.
As far as Gordon’s personal life is concerned, he was born to a Jewish family in Queens, New York City. He completed his graduation from Roslyn High School. In 1984, he went to Princeton to pursue a Major’s Degree in Creative Writing. Gordon came to Los Angeles to begin his career in writing for the television industry; he collaborated with Alex Gansa and made his debut with ABC’s Spenser: For Hire. Spenser was a great success. After that, he got an opportunity to work as a staff writer in the series Beauty and The Beast. Producer Chris Carter was impressed by Gordon’s work in ABC’S Country Estates, after which Howard Gordon was invited to work as a supervising producer in The X-Files. Howard Gordon has also authored books like the Gideon Davis novels, the Hard Target, etc.
