The Grinch is scripted by Michael Lesieur and Tommy Swerdlow and directed by Scott Mosier and Yarrow Cheney. The film is produced by Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy. The 3D animated film has the voice over of Benedict Cumberbatch, Cameron Seely, Rashida Jones, Kenan Thompson, Angela Lansbury, Ramone Hamilton, Sam Lavagnino, Scarlett Estevez and "Tristan O Hare."
The Grinch dislikes Christmas and he wants to spoil the Christmas plans by the Whoville residents. The residents had planned to celebrate the Christmas grandeur than ever. Grinch and his friends Fred and Max disguised as Santa Claus and steal the Christmas gifts. Cindy Lou Who had been searching for Santa Claus every year to thank him. But, this time, Cindy might witness a Santa, who steals the gifts from the residents. Did Cindy catch Grinch red-handed? Watch the film in theaters.
Benedict Cumberbatch lent his voice to Grinch. He had to modulate his voice in various styles and he did it perfectly. The funny voice modulation by Cumberbatch is impressive and kids like it for. Similarly, Cameron Seely had done a good job.
The directors have executed the film well with the perfect screenplay by Michael Lesieur and Tommy Swerdlow. The conversation between three friends Max, Grinch and Fred are fantastically designed and they are very impressive too. The voice cast is superb and all the stars had done a perfect job. The subplots are also designed perfectly. The music and the editing are also good. The animation works are excellent.
What’s Not There?
The Grinch comes with good screenplay, execution and the music. It not only impresses the kids but the adults too. Just have a try, you might like it!
